Ginger and Cinnamon for both Obesity and Asthma

Drink at least 3 cups (200 ml / cup) three times daily of this drink. It boost the metabolism towards burning fat and it relieves asthma as well. 
A tea spoonful of cinnamon plus a tea spoonful of ginger and 250 ml water and leave the mix to boil for 10 minutes. You can sweet it with diet sweet. 
This drink is a good substitute for tea and you can drink more than 3 as much as you can.
