Diet and Regime to lose 10 kg per month

One can lose 10 kg per month if s/he follows the following diet with other instructions of the regime.
The Diet:
It is a fixed for each day with eating only one type of food at any amount (non restricted amount not to feel hungry. No other food will be allowed.
Saturday: Eat Tomatoes only 
Sunday : Eat Grilled small chicken after removal of the skin only
Monday: Eat Apples only 
Tuesday: Eat grilled fish only
Wednesday: Eat Lettuce only 
Thursday: Eat grilled non fatty meat only
Friday: OPEN DAY - eat anything as much as you can 

The drink: 
Drink only water at least 4 L per day

Walking:
At least one hour per day

Exercise:
Ask you doctor about the suitable exercise to lose fat from the areas that contain most of the fat like abdomen, buttocks, etc 

Message:
Under hot shower at the area that contain most of the fat for half an hour

  1. It is a good diet to be followed but if she managed to lose her weight ,how can she keep it without being increased again ????
